How can we help?

Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel:

• Open the Settings app on your iPhone
• Tap your name at the top
• Tap Subscriptions
• Select AccessEd and tap Cancel Subscription

You'll keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

You can delete your account from within the app:

• Go to Settings tab
• Scroll to the Account section
• Tap Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion

This will permanently delete all your data including documents, quizzes, and learning progress. This action cannot be undone.

Free accounts include:

• 10 documents total (delete documents to free up slots)
• 20 AI questions per week
• 5 quizzes per week
• Documents limited to 30 pages each

Limits reset weekly. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access.

Refunds for Pro subscriptions are handled by Apple. To request a refund:

• Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Sign in with your Apple ID
• Find your AccessEd purchase and request a refund

If your document upload fails, try the following:

• Check your internet connection
• Ensure the document is a PDF file
• Free users: verify the document is under 30 pages
• Make sure you haven't reached your document limit
• Try uploading again - sometimes temporary server issues occur

If the problem persists, email us at support@accessed.app with details about the document and error message.

Yes, we take data security seriously:

• All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
• Documents are stored securely and only accessible to you
• We never sell your data to third parties
• AI processing uses industry-leading providers with strict data handling policies
